The world's greatest computer event to count Assembly releases a compilation, which along the greatest hacker hits
also includes tunes by selected bands, who have been performing at the event in the past couple of years. The compilation
includes our productions 'DCX - Flying High (Cid Inc remix)' and 'Quincy - X-Dance', but also A1 Music's
two other releases 'Chorale - Lähdit Luotani (video mix)' and 'Acardipane vs. Balloon - Whoopie whoopie'.

This stormercombination of 70'ies and 80'ies disco together with modern beats has already been on theofficial Finnish Dance Chart at place #28 and is currently rising on the Finnish Disco Chartat place #18! It's been a while since last update but lots has been happening lately. On last week's tuesday I was out partying at a local club and suffered the temperatureof +53'C inside for the evening, it was a blast despite the heat ;) On wednesday a friendcame visiting me and on thursday we went to Madwave NRG-fest at Club Kiva, whichpresented deejays Karri K, Proteus, Danny D (Dance Valley, NL) and Sergei Shkuroff makingthe floor bounce with hard stuff through the evening (me wants more!).. and partyingcontinued on friday at Club Dive where the dj-venue consisted of Cor Fijneman,Slusnik Luna and Urmaz vs Markus S. I slept only 4 hours after the parties before leaving toTurku to join my father's wedding party. I finally fell asleep on sunday at 7am on grass-flooroutside and I slept 22 hours in overall divided in several parts after all the parties, nice! ;DYesterday I crashed with my bike on a sandy road and got some cuts to my hands and leftleg but it's all okay now. I just came home from clubbing and I'm exhausted again, so I'dbetter go get some sleep now. However the power supply seemed to bedead and I was checking the cables with a +12V metallic tester.. for being stupid enough,I checked (by holding both ends of the tester in my arms) some odd cables that came out ofthe power supply with the tester, and I got a hard electric shock to my left arm. I opened thebox to see what that was about just to notice the cables I just had been playing around withwere directly connected to the normal 230VAC in-house cable-power. Well I was glad to notdie in this small accident, I trashed the power supply and went out on town to party withfriends ;o]I've already once before almost caught death due to an electric shock but I survived finealright, it was only around 1-2 millimeters away and I would've got a 380V shock from left armto right arm. Last night we transferred the gear back to Dee'splace and we'll be decorating the studio from here on with furniture, curtainings etc. andwith new equipment of course =) Now as we speak of new equipment, we have equipped thenew studio with two vintage tape recorders, where the other one is from the 50/60ies(possibly -64 made due to it´s name) Grundik TK64 (made in the UK) and other one, GrundikTK145, seems to be from the 70ies and made in the West Germany. We'll see what sort ofmaterial we'll come up with these two analogue monsters.I also finally got myself a vinyl player lately, it's pretty vintage too for it's from the 80iesand in mint condition (it has been used for about ten times back then and it's direct drive soit hasn't got the problems the old belt driven ones have). I actually exchanged my otherFostek 2050 line mixer for it, dunno if I lost some money in the exchange but the vinyl playeris good innit.And last but not least, for the bad news. We have come to the end of the road withDC-10 and it seems we won't be doing any more material under this project. The DC-10website should be updated in the future though, with infos how the members are doing andwhat's happening with us these days.
